The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree and should be able to develop and lead superior customer service on behalf of the company, ensuring client satisfaction to promote repeat customers and retention. Furthermore, you have to resolve customer service issues and oversee the smooth functioning of the department to ensure achievement of sales targets.
