A fragrance house seeking a Laboratory Manager. You will be manning the Laboratory and the 5 technicians will be reporting to you Tasks include Incorporate our fragrances in a wide variety of finished products to evaluate their performance Conduct stability tests to make sure our fragrances are stable in these environments Communicate with our RandD team to ensure the necessary changes are made to the fragrances in case they were not performing or stable in the finished product Manage our local fragrance library Interact with the Application Lab Manager in the Head Office to liaise and coordinate projects Follow up on Quality Complaints and issues Draft reports on the different project and communicate with the sales team. Occasionally support the sales team with customers
