* Work together with Marketing & Range Departments to finalize the country’s yearly Commercial Calendar, so that the Long-term Priorities, Leadership Businesses, as well as IKEA UAE’s own business needs are met and planned for.
* Create the Long-term UAE Com-In Business Plan, so that it can be used in conjunction with the stores’ annual Business Plans.
